REPLACEMENT POLICY

For defective goods, Neon Millionaire provides a replacement for defective parts. We aim to address issues promptly, with each case reviewed individually at our discretion.

If your neon sign arrives faulty or becomes defective under warranty, please contact us with your order number and a full video showing the issue. We will resolve it quickly by replacing the defective part.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?

If you receive the wrong size, color, or design, or if the neon sign is defective, simply notify us. We will promptly replace the item with the correct one.

Note: Slight color differences between graphics and real-life neon lighting may occur. Please review the real-life color options before ordering.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges since every neon sign is custom-made to your specifications. However, if your sign is faulty or defective, we will address the issue immediately and replace it.

WARRANTY DETAILS

• Indoor Neon Signs: Covered under a 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Outdoor Neon Signs: Covered under a 12-month warranty when used properly.

If you encounter an issue, contact us with a full video of your sign, including the power supply and dimmer, so we can identify and resolve the problem quickly.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

• Carelessness, theft, mishandling, or external activities.
• Environmental factors such as chemicals, ice, or snow.
• Indoor signs used outdoors.
• Exposure to harmful, atomic, or corrosive conditions.
• Extreme temperatures below -40°C or above 60°C.
