By entering into a business agreement under these Terms & Conditions with Neon Millionaire (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer” or “purchaser”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of sale.

1. Pricing and Terms

Quotes
Changes to your order may result in a price adjustment. Revised quotes will reflect updated terms, and any order placed is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Price
The price for your order, including delivery, is outlined in your invoice. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any adjustments.

2. Ordering Neon Signs

A. Terms
Full payment is required before production begins. Acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between you and Neon Millionaire.

B. Orders
Orders must be approved via quote and invoice. Once production begins, changes or replacements cannot be made. Approval indicates acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

C. Handmade Nature
Due to the handcrafted nature of our neon signs, slight variations in color, size (up to 100mm), and appearance may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible variances.

D. Copyright Responsibility
It is your responsibility to obtain authorization to use copyrighted or trademarked designs in your order.

E. Design Ownership
Any designs created by us remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without our written consent.

F. Usage of Designs
We may feature examples of our neon signs in marketing materials. If you prefer your order to remain private, please inform us in writing.

G. Returns
Custom signs are non-refundable. Please ensure all order details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

H. Availability
Stock shortages may occur due to delays in payment or high demand. In such cases, we will notify you and offer substitutions or backorders.

I. Work Time
Production typically takes 1–2 business days but may extend to 3 or more during peak periods.

J. Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

K. Colors
Colors may vary due to screen resolution, environmental factors, and lighting conditions.

L. Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.

3. Refunds, Defects, and Returns

Returns and Exchanges
Custom signs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we will replace defective products within the warranty period.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

4. Delivery

A. Delivery Handling
It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate equipment and personnel are available to receive your order.

B. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.

International Deliveries
International orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL. Customers are responsible for additional charges on rejected shipments.

5. Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on indoor neon signs and a 12-month warranty on outdoor neon signs.

A. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damages caused by negligence, theft, improper handling, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures) are not covered.

B. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from delays, misdelivery, or other issues.

6. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved in English courts.

7. Intellectual Property

Our brand, designs, and processes are our intellectual property and cannot be used without written permission.
